Points & Perks – Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Points & Perks loyalty scheme (“the Scheme”). By registering for or using a Points & Perks account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If any part of these Terms conflicts with other communications, including advertising or promotional materials, these Terms take precedence.
1. Registration and Eligibility
You must complete registration to activate your account.
You must be aged 18 or over to join, and by registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Customers who are unable to provide valid ID on request will not receive, and will not be refunded for, the alcohol ordered.
Employees of the company are not eligible to participate.
Available at participating venues only.
2. Earning Points
Members earn 5 points for every full £1 spent on qualifying drinks. All draught beer, draught cider & wines qualify for 10 points for every full £1 spent. No points will be earned for the purchase of any pre-discounted drinks ‘offers’, unless otherwise stated in promotional materials.
Points are not earned on deposits, gift vouchers, food items, delivery charges, or other excluded items unless specifically advertised.
Points are added to your account immediately following a qualifying purchase.
You must be logged into your active account at the time of purchase to earn points. Points cannot be added retrospectively.
3. Redeeming Points
Each point has a redemption value of £0.01 (one penny).
There is no daily limit on earning or redeeming points.
Points may be redeemed once they appear in your account balance.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash, traded, or transferred to another member.
4. Account Use and Security
Your membership is for personal use only. Only the registered member may earn or redeem points or access associated benefits.
The company reserves the right to verify purchases, refuse points or redemptions, or suspend an account where misuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.

5. Inactivity and Expiry
Accounts showing no activity for 6 months may be suspended and any points balance forfeited.
Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged or refunded.
If a purchase is refunded, any points earned from that transaction will be removed from your account.
6. Promotions and Offers
Members may receive exclusive promotions or discounts. These may be subject to additional terms, time limits, or specific usage conditions, which will be stated in the offer details.
7. Scheme Changes and Termination
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme (or these Terms) at any time. Where reasonably possible, members will be given at least four (4) weeks’ notice before the Scheme is permanently withdrawn.
If the Scheme is withdrawn, all outstanding points will be forfeited after the notice period ends and will have no monetary or exchangeable value.
The company’s decision in all matters relating to the Scheme is final and binding.
8. General
Points and Perks points have no cash equivalent and remain the property of the company at all times.
Participation in the Scheme is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
The company is not responsible for system errors, technical issues, or service interruptions that may prevent earning or redeeming points.
9. Data Protection
Personal data collected and processed in connection with the Points & Perks Scheme will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will only collect and use your personal information to manage your account, process transactions, and communicate offers and updates related to the Scheme.
Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Gift Voucher - Terms & Conditions:
Gift Vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown and cannot be extended.
Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Vouchers may be used as full or part payment for goods or services.
No change or replacement voucher will be issued if the full value is not redeemed.
Purchases made using a voucher are non-refundable.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Vouchers.
The actual Gift Voucher must be presented on arrival.
Bookings made using a voucher are subject to our standard booking policy.
Vouchers that are defaced, altered, or cancelled will not be accepted.
All redemptions are subject to availability and any changes to product descriptions.
You are responsible for keeping the voucher’s unique number and/or barcode secure and confidential.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the voucher.

We are committed to responsible retailing. Any age-restricted products shown on our website to purchase, require valid photographic ID. You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol and tobacco products. Valid photographic ID is required for all purchases and deliveries of alcohol or tobacco. If you cannot produce valid ID upon receipt of an order we will not be able to deliver or fulfil this order. If your delivery contains alcohol or tobacco products you must be able to provide our delivery driver with valid photographic ID to accept the delivery and be 18 years or older. Under no circumstances will we deliver alcohol or tobacco products without seeing valid photographic ID and obtaining a signature of that person.
All deliveries must be accepted by an individual, in person, I.e. Goods/items will not be left in a safe place. Records of all our transactions will be maintained. There is no option to pay cash for deliveries of alcohol and tobacco products, all transactions must be paid for via credit/debit card. Upon delivery of the order we will require to see your payment card as an additional form of ID. We retain the right to refuse any sale of alcohol or tobacco products if valid photographic ID cannot be produced. All refused sales will be recorded.
